How Is Communication Handled During the Résumé Development Process?
Your writer will typically use email to correspond whenever possible. It's an efficient means of communication, and it allows clients to respond to issues when they are able. You will work with your writer on revisions until you are completely satisfied with the final product. Kristin herself oversees every project and is involved throughout the entire development process.

How Will My Résumé Be Delivered?
All of our finished documents are emailed to you by the specified deadline as a file attachment. The file attachments are in the form of an MSWord .doc file and a PDF file. If you do not use said programs or cannot view such files, arrangements can be made to send the file in a different format.

In addition to the above-mentioned formats, all résumés will be sent to you in an ASCII format. This is an electronic, non-formatted, universally compatible text version of your document that is typically the method of choice for large companies that scan and/or download résumés into keyword-searchable databases.

Rewrites are eligible from 30 - 60 days after order completion. Rewrites will not be given before or after that time span.
